Controls whether the command line for buildoing a help file is updated before a build.

Remarks

This boolean property controls whether a pre-build step occurs during which the command-line for the build of the help file is updated. If true, then all input files will be scanned to see whether they include add-in functions. Any that do will be added to the command-line and to the list of additional dependencies if necessary.

If you do not wish the command-line for your help file to be altered, then set this property to true.
