The Include element allows the inclusion of another extension file within a file. It has one mandatory attribute: file. The Include element has no child elements.
Required. The file attribute should contain the name of the file to be included. If the file name is rooted (i.e. contains a drive definition) it will be read from the absolute path specified. If the name is not rooted, then it will be loaded from a path relative to the containing file.
