The 30-day free trial of XLL+ contains a demo license, which lasts for 30 days from the first use of the product. When the trial period expires, the development tools will cease to run, and a message will appear.
The 30-day trial version contains special versions of the XLL+ run-time libraries, which ensure that any XLLs built using the trial version will cease to run on any machine 30 days after the first use of any such XLL on that machine.
Because the trial version contains time-restricted run-time libraries, when you upgrade to the licensed version of XLL+, you should be sure to rebuild any libraries you built with the trial version, using the licensed version of the libraries instead.
