XLL+ Licensing

Developers using the full version of the XLL+ tool-kit require a valid license as described below.

Users of binary files (XLLs) developed using XLL+ do not require a license.

XLL + License Definitions

Fixed License
A standard fixed license is a license that is tied to a single CPU, and allows the software to be used by one user at a time on that machine only.
Runtime License
No licenses are required to run the binaries ('XLL's) that are built using licensed versions of the tool-kit.
Trial License
A trial license is a license that is tied to a single CPU, and allows the trial version of the software to be used by one user at a time on that machine only. The trial license is for a limited time period, and can be extended only by agreement with Planatech Solutions. Binaries ('XLL's) that are built using trial versions of the tool-kit are also subject to a time limit, and will stop working after the trial period.
